Do I have to call from the phone I am trying to unlock?
No! You can call from any telephone, as long as you have noted down the details of the mobile you wish to unlock.
How exactly do I enter the code obtained from your platform?
Turn off your phone and take out the SIM card. Turn the phone back on and enter the code.
The code I've been given contains letters - how do I enter these?
+ - Push * twice
P - Push * three times
W - Push * four times
# - The # key!
I got an "Invalid model number" message
As stated in the terms, you must check your handset is supported by the system before you call(see the "Supported Handsets" main menu option above). Due to the nature of this service, refunds cannot be given for non-supported handsets
How do I get my IMEI number?
Turn on the telephone you wish to unlock, and dial *#06# from the keypad. The IMEI number will be displayed on the screen
What information will I need before I place my call?
You will need: Your IMEI number(see above), The network the phone is currently locked to, and the phone model number. Optionally, you can enter your mobile phone number, in order for us to log your call incase you are calling from a witheld number.
My code didn't seem to unlock the phone!
Don't panic!! There can be many reasons for a code not to unlock the phone. Most commonly there was either an error in the IMEI number you provided, or you gave the wrong network the phone is currently locked to. Sometimes there are other reasons why the code you were given will not work first time, contact us so that we can find a resolution for you. Please provide us with at least..the number you called from, and the IMEI number (double checked (*#06# on the keypad)) the model number, the network it is locked to, and the code you were given You will NOT need to pay again!
How many attempts do I get to unlock the phone?
You have 5 attempts to enter the code, so please dial carefully! However, we only recommend you try your code twice and if you have a problem please contact us.
If you enter the code incorrectly five times your phone must be unlocked via a cable. This is not a service we presently offer. The phone will continue to work as before with the network it is locked to.
I got the message "You have entered an invalid model number"
As stated in Step 2 of our "3 step unlock" process, you must check the list of supported handsets before placing your call. If your handset is not listed, unfortunately, we will be unable to generate you an unlocking code. This also waives your right to compensation, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Simply Key *#06# to find your “IMEI” needed for unlocking, this may also be found on the battery of your phone.
STEP 2:
CALL THE NUMBER
*Dial 0906 575 3601
And type your “IMEI” code to obtain your unlock code.
STEP 3:
ENTER THE SPECIAL CODE
Enter the instantly generated code and your mobile phone/cellular will be unlocked!!
