My code didn't seem to unlock the phone!
Don't panic!! There can be many reasons for a code not to unlock the phone. Most commonly there was either an error in the IMEI number you provided, or you gave the wrong network the phone is currently locked to. Sometimes there are other reasons why the code you were given will not work first time, so don't hesitate to contact us so that we can find a resolution for you. Please provide us with at least..the number you called from, and the IMEI number (double checked (*#06# on the keypad)) the model number, the network it is locked to, and the code you were given You will NOT need to pay again!
STEP 1:
DIAL THE CODE
Simply Key *#06# to find your “IMEI” needed for unlocking, this may also be found on the battery of your phone.
STEP 2:
CALL THE NUMBER
*Dial 0906 591 0300
And type your “IMEI” code to obtain your unlock code.
STEP 3:
ENTER THE SPECIAL CODE
Enter the instantly generated code and your mobile phone/cellular will be unlocked!!
